Quiet Room
Located in Faith House, the Quiet Room is a dedicated space for meditation, prayer and quiet time. For this reason it remains permanently unlocked for any visitors or guests to use for its intended purpose. It is sparcely decorated with no religious iconography to encourage people of any faith or background to use the space. A permanent circular installation of Silver Birch tree trunks from the estate creates a peaceful, calming atmosphere. This, coupled with the incredible vista across meadowland connects the viewer with the outside whilst allowing them to remain in the protective environment of the space.
