Woodland Cottage
Woodland Cottage caters for up to 10 people (including sofa-bed) and has a cosy, sunny lounge with French doors to the garden and patio area, a dining table seating 10, sofa and armchairs and a sofa bed, TV, CD and DVD player. A well equipped kitchen/breakfast room includes dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge freezer etc.On the ground floor there is one twin bedroom, a large wet room with shower with toilet and basin (the wet room is also fitted with grab rails) and a bathroom (bath with shower attachment, toilet and basin). The ground floor of woodland cottage is level access throughout with step free access from outside.On the first floor there is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.
From the French doors in the living room there is access to a large grass area private patio with BBQ, tables and chairs and plenty of car parking for 4-5 cars.
Woodland is situated in the grounds of Holton Lee, a charitable trust set in 350 acres of diverse landscape, woodland, heathland, and meadows overlooking the shores of Poole Harbour towards the Purbeck Hills. Visitors staying in the cottage are granted free access to the grounds.
Bed linen and heating (by gas central heating) is included in all prices quoted. Guests are requested to supply their own towels and tea towels.
