Gateway Cottage
Catering for up to eight people, Gateway Cottage is newly renovated and has a spacious open plan ground floor which consists of a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and oven, microwave etc. and dining area. This leads on to the lounge area with comfortable seating, TV, and CD players. Additionally on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms and a large wet room with toilet, shower and wash basin. Grab rails have also been fitted. (Both bedrooms are suitable for people with limited mobility, and a mobile hoist is also available by arrangement). All of the ground floor can be reached by step-free access, from the adjacent parking.
On the first floor we have a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and bathroom. From the rear of the cottage, there is level access outside to the private patio with table and chairs, and barbecue. Next to the patio is a grassy area overlooking an enclosed wildlife pond. Enjoy views of the heathland and woodland from all aspects of the cottage! There is car parking for 2 – 3 cars.
The cottages are adjacent to each other which make them an ideal venue for larger groups, or families holidaying together.
Bed linen and heating (by gas central heating) is included in all prices quoted. Guests are requested to supply their own towels and tea towels.
